I know what it's like to struggle with anxiety

From former over-thinker turned therapist, I actually get it. Years ago when I was worrying about all the ways life was going up in flames, I knew something needed to change.

And through Life Process Transformation therapy (the very same therapy I am now trained to offer), it did. Within the first few months of beginning the process, I felt more calm, relaxed and able to engage with the world. I know that all sounds really wild, especially if you are at the part I was, asking is this even possible.

But honestly, the best (and most surprising) part? I started to feel like I was beginning to know myself.
