Trust Yourself Again Overthinking? Handled Self-Doubt: Cancelled 2SLGBTQIA+ and Neurodivergent—Affirming Therapy

Therapy for the over-thinkers, comparison queens & self-doubt spiralers

Self-Doubt? Out. Confidence? In.

You deserve to feel like yourself. Fully, unapologetically you.

I blend practical strategies with a little tough love and a lot of understanding, so the 2am overthinking finally quiets down. Replay that conversation in your head one last time…then let’s move forward, and start trusting the voice that’s really you.

  • I work with women who overthink every little thing, doubt themselves until the early am, and feel like their brain just won’t stop running the same tape. Therapy with me is about actually figuring out how to deal with that spiral and trust yourself instead of the voice that keeps telling you you’re not enough.

We mix real talk, practical tools, and a little sass so you can finally stop replaying the conversation you had with the parcel delivery person, wondering if they hate you for not saying “hi”, let go of obsessing over a photo where you are overexamining your hair, smile, body, and stop comparing yourself to everyone else and start feeling like you again.

  • It works because we start with you, not your problems. Overthinking, anxiety, self-doubt, body-image freakouts. They all get tangled together. But we tackle them in a way that actually makes sense for your brain. I combine evidence-based therapy stuff with whatever actually lands for you. I mean sometimes referencing a TV show, book, or pop culture moment will hit harder than any worksheet. The point? You leave knowing how to handle the spiral next time it shows up.

  • I worked in HR before going back to school to become a Registered Psychotherapist and along the way I learned what actually helps women move from stuck in their head to living more freely. I get the overthinking, the comparing, the obsessing (I’ve lived it), and I help my clients get out of it too, in a way that actually works.

Welcome, I’m Klaasje

It’s not just anxiety or self-doubt. It’s the sweaty palms when you’re talking to someone, your mind going completely blank in a meeting, obsessing over what someone might think of a tiny thing you said, or feeling like you’re the worst one in a photo. The constant comparing, te overanalyzing, the “am I enough?” voice. It's exhausting. We tackle all of it together so you can actually feel like yourself.

  • A woman with red hair, wearing a scarf, sunglasses, a white shirt, and a neon yellow top, smiling at an outdoor gathering near rocks and water.

    ¹ Overthinking & Anxiety

That jittery, stomach-in-knots feeling when you walk into a room…or the way your brain keeps picking apart a tiny comment from earlier…yeah, we deal with that. We figure out how to shut that loop down before it ruins your whole vibe.

  • People walking through a grassy field with small white flowers, one person dressed in white and another in black. A colorful, cartoon-style flower illustration is overlaid on the bottom right corner of the image.

    ² Self-Doubt to Self-Confidence

Feeling stuck in that voice that says “I’m not enough” or “I can’t do this”? We work together to flip it so you actually trust yourself and start moving confidently in life.

  • A woman sits in front of a tiled green wall, wearing yellow-tinted glasses, a blue long-sleeve top, and a multicolored vest. She rests her chin on her hands, with her elbows on her knees, and looks at the camera. There is a cartoon flower with yellow petals and a pink center near her.

    ³ Body Image & Perfectionism

Obsessing over photos, your hair, your body, or comparing yourself to everyone else? We unpack it, name it, and actually deal with it so you can start feeling comfortable in your own skin again.

  • A person walking through a grassy field with yellow and pink flowers, wearing white pants and brown socks with a smiling face design.

    ⁴ Neurodivergent-Affirming Therapy

Your brain works differently (and that’s not a problem!). We approach your thoughts and patterns in a way that makes sense for YOU, honoring how your mind runs without trying to force it into a neurotypical box.

  • A landscape view of trees and distant hills with a blue sky, framed with a blurry, white, rectangular object with two large circular holes and a person's thumb holding a colorful doodle of a pink flower with four petals inside an orange background.

What Starts
to Shift:

You intercept the spiral

You get in your car after a quick coffee run and you’re not thinking about the way you said “you too” when they told you to enjoy your drink. It doesn’t turn into a whole thing anymore.

Bright green heart shape with uneven edges on a black background.

You trust your inner knowing

You make a decision and move on with your day instead of needing three opinions, two follow-ups, and a full post-mortem.

You vanquish the inner mean girl

You catch yourself starting to pick apart how you looked in a photo and then actually stop, put your phone down, and carry on.

A green mug with a pink flower design on it, placed on a matching pink and green flower-shaped saucer, with a pink hat that has a similar floral pattern underneath.

You’re Finally Present

You’re out with people and you’re actually there. Present. Not half-listening while also tracking how you’re sitting, talking, laughing, existing… like you’re just in it and living your life.

Okay… but What If You Just Trusted Yourself?

Like actually. Not for five minutes. But like for real.

FAQs

I get asked these things a lot. Maybe it’s on your mind, too?

  • Honestly? Because I get it.
The overthinking, the replaying, the “wait did I say something weird?” loops, the body image stuff, the constant second-guessing… I’m not confused by it and I’m not going to just nod along and give you surface-level tips. We are going deep and getting real.

I’ll meet you where you’re at, but I’m also going to gently call you forward. This is a space where you’re understood and challenged (in the best way) so you can actually start trusting yourself, grow, and feel more solid in who you are.

  • Because you can do this from your bed, your couch, your car, wrapped in a blanket, with a tea… like let’s make this easy and accessible for YOU!

But also, virtual therapy means you’re not limited to who’s nearby. You get access to someone who actually specializes in what you’re dealing with. And honestly, a lot of people feel more comfortable opening up when they’re in their own space.

  • It’s a chill 15-minute call where we vibe it out.

You can tell me what’s been going on, ask any questions you have, and get a feel for how I work. I’ll also let you know how I’d approach things and if I think I’m a good fit for you. No pressure. We are just seeing if this feels right.

  • First session is really about getting to know you. It’s what’s been going on, what’s feeling hard, what you want to be different.

You don’t need to have it all figured out or explain it perfectly. You can ramble, go off track, circle back… we’ll make sense of it together. I’ll also start helping you understand your patterns right away, so you’re not just talking, it starts to feel like you’re actually getting somewhere.

  • A 50-minute session is $145.

  • Most sessions are 50 minutes, but I also offer 25-minute or 75-minute sessions if that makes more sense for what you need.

  • A credit card is required on file for all appointment types.

You can also pay by e-transfer if that’s more your vibe. Your card will only be charged if a payment isn’t received. Payments are processed securely, so you don’t have to stress about the logistics and can just focus on your session.

  • Yes! A lot of extended health benefits plans cover psychotherapy or counselling services.. It really depends on your specific plan, so it’s worth checking with your provider.

  • After each session, you’ll get a receipt with all the info your insurance needs (license number, session details, etc.).

You just submit that to your insurance provider, and they’ll reimburse you based on your plan. Easy.

  • Life happens, I get it. Just give at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment.

If it’s less than 48 hours or a missed session, the full session fee may apply.
